Thank you to everyone who helped make our Easter Exhibition2002 at the Isle of Man College such a success.By now those among you who sold paintings will have received their cheques.Well done and thank you to Peter and Phil for their efficiency and hard work.
The Raffle Prize of Elixabeth Walsh's "Gang" painting was won by Mrs O'Brien.
 
There are a few places left for Graham Hill's Painting Week July 22-26th.We are pleased to welcome him as our summer tutor as he comes  highly recommended. Please book as soon as  possible. You can see examples of his work and a biography at Thie Ellyn.Send a cheque for £65 for five days, or £15 for one day to the Secretary, Cathy Galbraith,Thie Ellyn,Off Withington Road Douglas Isle of Man.
 
The Anti Cancer Association Charity Stall for Tynwald Day If you would like to donate any paintings framed or unframed please leave them in Thie Ellyn so they can be transported in good time to help raise money for this good cause.

Our next Exhibition is the Castletown Heritage Exhibition on Sept 6-8th held in Castletown Town Hall.The subjects are usually scenes of the South of the Island.
 
Our Autumn Exhibition will be held in Thie Ellyn on October 26-28th.
 
Before that there is the Ramsey Agricultural Royal Show when we hope to have a table so if you could paint small paintings on 1/8Imperial and protected by cellophane, they can be on show at the Royal.
 
The Draw Away Programme for Thursday evenings will have been posted to you. If you can join us do feel free to come along. We generally retire to a local hostelry afterwards.
 
There is a new Craft Centre at Silverdale where it will be possible to decorate plates which will be fired afterwards.If you wish to exhibit some of your paintings there for sale do go along.
